Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern, Reith and Scharnitz: Tyrol’s unique high plateau includes five idyllic villages. Every place tells its own story, holds special experiences and knows how to inspire with diverse adventures. Together, the five places form an impressive holiday paradise in a breathtaking natural landscape.

The local variety of sports and leisure activities on the high plateau is almost limitless, real adventures, exciting experiences and soothing relaxation await you in summer and winter. Nature and enjoyment are the focus of the Seefeld region – between countless activities and real relaxation, excellent cuisine and varied events, 365 days a year.

Just arrive. The impressive diversity on the sunny high plateau above Innsbruck is quickly reached. Thanks to the most modern train connections and well-developed regional transport, real relaxation is also possible here without a car: With its own ICE train station in the center of Seefeld, you can go on your winter holiday very comfortably and without traffic jams. Arriving and switching off is very easy here.

Much more than the Olympics. 64, 76, 2012. Dreimal fand das Olympische Feuer nach Seefeld. Weltmeisterschaften, Weltcups und viele nordische Trainingslager folgten. Kein Zufall, da Gastfreundschaft und Wintersport aus Tradition tief in der Region verwurzelt sind. So tief, dass Olympia für Jahrzehnte sogar Teil des Namens wurde. Aber Tirols Hochplateau ist noch viel mehr als das! Die Region ist viel zu vielseitig, viel zu einzigartig, um sie auf einen Wintersportort zu reduzieren. Denn auch wenn das Feuer verlischt, brennen die Menschen am Plateau weiter für alles, was die Region wirklich ausmacht – zu jeder Jahreszeit. Was bleibt, ist die schier endlose Vielfalt an Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen für anspruchsvolle Gäste aller Altersklassen. Seit Mai 2022 trägt die Region darum einen neuen Namen: Wir sind die Region Seefeld – Tirols Hochplateau. Willkommen auf 1.200 Metern, wo echte Vielfalt wartet!
